Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordination, preparation/review and timely reporting of:
  • Audited financial statements (Fund’s and SPV’s) in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and other standards
  • Regulatory reporting and filing including SEC Form PF and Annex IV
  • Fund NAV’s, profit allocation, expense analysis and portfolio PNL
  • Fund launch and Investor onboardingF
  • Analyze, review and recommend accounting policies within fixed income
  • Report, and collaborate with Senior members of the team regarding accounting treatment for various investments and strategies
  • Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and an effective internal control environment.
  • Prepare external and internal reporting including, assets under management, weekly and monthly performance estimates
  • Other financial related reporting

The role will work with compliance and operations teams and will include assisting on special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting with a CPA
  • 10+ years experience in the finance industry
  • A solid understanding of US GAAP for investment companies
  • Working knowledge of financial products, especially fixed income and derivatives
  • Excellent communication skills, disciplined and a responsible personality.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience with regulatory reporting a plus

 

The average salary for this role $150,000 - $200.000 in base pay and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.  The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and in addition we will also consider internal equity and market data.  We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case by case basis.
