We are seeking to add an analyst/associate to join our Private Credit & Public securities Asset Management team, with a focus on asset-based lending (ABL) across specialty finance, real-asset, and structured credit platforms. This role supports senior portfolio managers in monitoring performance of collateral-backed credit investments, conducting data-driven surveillance, and ensuring compliance with portfolio documentation. The analyst/associate will join a closely collaborative, entrepreneurial team of seasoned investment professionals supported by Marathon’s global platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple dimensions of asset-based finance, asset allocation modeling and portfolio optimization. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 in base pay (exclusive of bonus or benefits above and beyond the base pay). Base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education, and in addition we will also consider internal equity and market data. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case by case basis.
